Multi car insurance is for households who have more than one vehicle parked in their driveway. This can give the family and its members an opportunity to save substantially on car policy premiums. This is essentially taking just one joint policy instead of four or five separate policies.
Since June 2011 Continuous Insurance Enforment has been introduced.
This means that if you have a vehicle registered in your name then you must have it insured. If your vehicle in on the Motor Insurance Database with no record of insurance then you will receive a letter telling you of the new law.
If you ignore this then be prepaird to face a fine.
